Hi, I’m Anshul…

Welcome to my world!

I am the Co-founder of Social Innovation Circle- a premier platform dedicated to funding and coaching the world’s leading social innovators on how to create sustainable business models and raise funds to deliver transformational impact.

I have advised several social entrepreneurs globally on fundraising initiatives and have helped raise impact funding in sectors including healthcare, climate change, education, and digital literacy. I am also an impact investor and serve on the Boards of a number of social enterprises.

I write frequently about social innovation and the power of finance as a catalyst for change. Read some of my thought pieces here.

I also love to capture inspiring stories about the remarkable journeys of social entrepreneurs. I call these stories Espresso Shorts!

What am I passionate about?

I love travelling, yoga, reading, spending time with my family and everything Japanese!

I started my career in banking but after 8 years I changed course. People often ask me, why I left banking? Why I decided to plunge myself into the unknown?

This is my journey of discovery, my pivoting moment!

If you thought entrepreneurship was challenging, multiply that many times over. And that is the life of a social entrepreneur. An extraordinary person who is passionately obsessed with solving a social or environmental problem.

In my last few years of working closely with social entrepreneurs, the one thing that I have enjoyed the most is having conversations with them and listening to their stories. It has been fascinating to learn about their innovative solutions and to see the level of passion and commitment they display in their pursuit of delivering social impact.

And it is these stories, these insightful nuggets of gold that I want to share with you.

I call these stories “Espresso-shorts”. Short stories that squeeze out one moment of resolve, one moment of transformation, one moment of inspiration.

Hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.
